Need to return something? No problem, here's how
**Unfortunately, at this time we DO NOT allow exchanges **
We want our customers to love their new clothes— but if you don't, we allow 14 days from the delivery date to arrange a no hassle return. We allow refunds for the cost of the item- just not the shipping costs. Please fill out the return slip that was provided with your order. If you no longer have that slip write down your name, order # and reason for the return (see example below) and send that along with your return to:

- PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!!! We always welcome constructive criticism as we want to know if there are issues we need to look into plus we want future buyers to be as informed as possible. Example "wasn't as stretchy as I thought it would be" etc. If you do leave a bad review we ask that it is an honest and fair review.

- We understand that people have different taste when it comes to the feel of fabric and that all body types are different, what may fit one person a certain way may fit someone else completely different.
- We take all of our pictures ourselves and we do our very best to give an accurate description including colors, size and type of material.
FAQ (frequently asked questions)
- Question: Tracking shows you got my return, can you confirm?
- Answer: If the tracking shows it was delivered you can rest assured we have it and are working on processing it.
- Question: I see you got my return but I haven't received my refund yet, can you give me an idea when I'll see my money?
- Answer: We process returns every Mon, Wed and Fri afternoon and we don't stop until they are all done. Keep in mind every debit/credit card has their own set of rules, some refund right away, others may take 7-10 days. Once we release the money it is between you and your bank / lending institution on how long it takes for you to see it.
- We find using USPS is usually (but not always) the cheapest way to send something back.
- For fastest processing please return your item in the bag it came in. That bag has a packing slip on it with important info. No problem if you no longer have it, just understand we will have to manually look it up and that may cause a delay.
